Terms of Service | Indonesia Sea Moss

**These Terms of Service govern your use of indonesiaseamoss.com, operated by Bali Premium Trip as part of Juara Holding Group. Everything published here is informational. Our sea moss prices are indicative quotes, not binding offers, and any actual supply of Eucheuma cottonii is confirmed only through a separate signed sales agreement for each shipment.**

By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or messaging our desk on WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms were last updated in July 2026 and may change; the version published here at the time you contact us applies.

Who operates this website?

indonesiaseamoss.com is published and operated by Bali Premium Trip, part of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We run a sourcing and trade desk for Indonesian Eucheuma cottonii (Kappaphycus alvarezii) sea moss and related seaweed grades. We connect buyers — carrageenan processors, food and nutraceutical manufacturers, and private-label health brands — with vetted Indonesian farms and processors in regions such as South Sulawesi, NTT, NTB, Maluku, and North Kalimantan, with Surabaya and Bali as processing and logistics gateways.

We are a trade and concierge desk, not the owner of every farm or the issuer of laboratory certificates. Where a document, specification, or certificate originates from a producer or accredited lab, we pass it through; we do not manufacture the underlying data.

Are the prices and specifications on this site contractual?

No. Every price, grade band, moisture range, and carrageenan-yield figure on this site is educational and indicative. It reflects general market conditions and moves with harvest, moisture, grade, volume, and destination.

For example, our published band — raw dried cottonii FOB USD 4-12/kg and cleaned food-grade bulk wholesale USD 25-55/kg — is indicative as of 2026 and is not a firm offer. The table below shows what binds and what does not.

Item Status
Prices, ranges, and grade bands on this site Indicative only, not an offer
Moisture, ash, foreign-matter, and yield figures in articles Educational; not a warranty
A written quotation issued to you with spec, MOQ, and validity A time-limited offer, subject to stock
A signed sales contract or proforma invoice both parties accept Binding on its own terms

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. A binding transaction exists only when both parties sign a written sales agreement or accept a proforma invoice covering specification, quantity, price, Incoterms, and payment.

How does a real order get confirmed?

Every order is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this website. A typical path: you send your target spec and volume; we issue an indicative quote; we agree a batch specification and MOQ (commonly a 1 MT trial rising to 20-100 MT contracts, roughly one 20-25 MT container); and we execute against a signed contract with agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or CNF) and payment terms — for example T/T or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Delivery windows, documents, and inspection rights live in that contract, not here.

What do we guarantee about quality, customs, and certificates?

We do not guarantee that any shipment will clear a destination country’s customs or pass an importer’s inspection. Import rules, duties, and testing thresholds differ by country and change often; meeting them is a shared responsibility defined in your contract.

Quality claims are only meaningful when they come from a batch. Any moisture, ash, foreign-matter, microbiological, heavy-metal, or carrageenan-yield value is a genuine specification only when it is stated on a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the specific lot you buy. Export documentation — COA, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate, MSDS, fumigation certificate, and, on request, Halal and HACCP/ISO 22000 — is provided as agreed per order and reflects the issuing party’s data, not a promise from this website.

Is the sea moss described here a medical product?

No. Sea moss (rumput laut / cottonii) is a food and ingredient, not medicine. Content on this site is nutritional and commercial background only. We make no claim that sea moss diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Nothing here is medical, dietary, investment, legal, or tax advice. For health decisions, consult a qualified professional.

How do we handle your personal data?

When you contact us, we process limited business data — your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, destination, cargo details, and message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and manage a potential supply relationship.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, known as UU PDP). We are also aware that visitors may contact us from the European Union and other regions with their own rules, such as the GDPR, and we apply equivalent good-faith practices for those enquiries.

Your data right How we honour it
Know what we hold Ask by email; we tell you
Correct inaccurate data We update it on request
Erase data no longer needed We delete on request, subject to legal retention
Withdraw consent to be contacted We stop and remove you from follow-ups

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the vetted farm, processor, or logistics partner needed to fulfil your specific enquiry, and only as far as that fulfilment requires.

What are the limits of our liability?

To the maximum extent Indonesian law allows, Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its indicative information. This includes trading decisions made on published price bands or educational specifications rather than on a signed contract and a batch COA.

Our total liability for any confirmed order is governed by, and capped under, the specific signed sales agreement for that order. This website does not extend or replace those contractual terms.

Who owns the content on this site?

Text, tables, structure, and graphics on indonesiaseamoss.com are the property of Juara Holding Group unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site at scale, or present our material as your own.

Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
