Privacy Policy | Indonesia Sea Moss

**Indonesia Sea Moss collects only the details you submit through our quote form — your name, email, inquiry text, destination and cargo volume — and uses them solely to answer your Eucheuma cottonii enquiry and prepare a wholesale quotation. Our trade desk is operated by Bali Premium Trip; the publisher is Juara Holding Group. We do not sell your data.**

This policy explains what we collect when you contact us about raw dried or cleaned food-grade cottonii (Kappaphycus alvarezii) sea moss, how we handle it, and the rights you hold. It is effective as of 2026 and applies to indonesiaseamoss.com and to enquiries you send us by WhatsApp or email. We keep it deliberately plain because a wholesale relationship starts with trust.

Who controls your personal data?

Indonesia Sea Moss is a sourcing and export brand within Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. Juara Holding Group is the publisher and data controller. Day-to-day enquiries, quotes and shipment coordination are handled by the Bali Premium Trip desk on our behalf, acting as our processor.

If you are in Indonesia, your data is handled under Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle your data with awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles, including lawful basis, minimisation and your access rights.

What information do we collect?

We collect only what you choose to give us. There is no account to create and no login. The main source of personal data is our quote form (internally referenced as csh_qf).

Field What it captures Why we need it
csh_name Your name or contact person To address our reply correctly
csh_email Your business email To send the quotation and follow up
csh_dest Destination port or country To estimate freight, documents and Incoterms
csh_cargo Cargo volume / grade interest To match MOQ, grade and container loading
csh_msg Your message or inquiry To understand your specification and intent

When you message us on WhatsApp at 6281128590000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com, we also process the contact details and content you send there. Our web server, like most, records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used only for security and to keep the site working.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (as defined by UU PDP), and you should not send financial account numbers, identity documents or passwords through the form.

How do we use your information?

We use your information for a short, defined list of purposes:

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a FOB, CIF or CNF quotation for dried or food-grade cottonii.
  • To discuss specification, MOQ, moisture and grade, container loading and lead time.
  • To coordinate documents you request, such as COA, COO, phytosanitary certificate, MSDS, fumigation certificate, or Halal and HACCP/ISO 22000 on request.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence in case you re-order or ask us to reference an earlier quote.
  • To meet our legal, tax and export-compliance obligations in Indonesia.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles from your enquiry.

What is our legal basis for processing?

Under UU PDP and, where relevant, GDPR, we rely on the following bases: your consent, given when you submit the form or message us; the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract, such as quoting and arranging a shipment; our legitimate interest in running a wholesale trade desk and securing our site; and compliance with legal obligations such as record-keeping and customs documentation.

Who do we share your data with?

We share the minimum needed to answer you and, if you proceed, to fulfil an order. We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with anyone who contacted you first through unsolicited channels.

Recipient Purpose of sharing
Bali Premium Trip desk Handling your enquiry, quote and communication
Freight forwarders and shipping lines Booking space, calculating freight to your destination
Farms, processors and vetted export partners Confirming grade, spec and availability of cottonii
Certification and inspection bodies Issuing COA, phytosanitary, fumigation or origin documents you request
Government and customs authorities Export clearance and lawful reporting when required
IT and hosting providers Running the website and secure email

Some of these partners are outside Indonesia because export is international by nature. Where your data crosses borders, we take reasonable steps for it to remain protected consistent with UU PDP and GDPR expectations.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep enquiry data only as long as it serves a purpose. Live quotes and correspondence are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up window afterward. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept for as long as Indonesian tax, accounting and export law require. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to erase your enquiry sooner, we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep part of it.

How do we protect your information?

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site, restrict access to enquiry data to the people handling your quote, and rely on reputable email and hosting providers. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your enquiry as commercially confidential.

Do we use cookies and analytics?

The site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages buyers find useful. We do not run intrusive advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the quote form will still work.

What are your rights?

Under UU PDP and, where it applies, GDPR, you may ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct anything inaccurate; delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and receive a copy of the data you gave us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge for a straightforward request.

Honest note on quotes and liability

Any price, moisture, ash, foreign-matter or carrageenan-yield figure we discuss is indicative and becomes binding only in a signed contract or a COA for a specific batch. We do not guarantee customs clearance in your country, and information on this site is provided in good faith, not as a warranty. Sea moss is a food ingredient, not a medicine.
